Reading to the Moon!

reading to moon10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…the Carl J. Lamb School reading incentive has achieved lift-off!   On Monday, February 14, 2011, we began our mission of “Reading to the Moon.”  Over the next three months, we will get credit for doing nightly reading.  We earn one mile for each 20 minute reading session.  The goal is to travel the 237,675 miles to the moon by working together.  If every student reads at home daily, we will accomplish our mission. 

Students, you are encouraged to write about what you are reading and to make recommendations to others.  All you have to do is to click on the word Comments below, type in your name and email address, and share your thoughts about your book.  Be sure to read what others have written and feel free to respond to their comments!
